The studio

We build
for clinics.

FJMK is a three-person web studio in Lagos. We design and build websites exclusively for clinics and hospitals — because healthcare deserves better than a template.

Our story

Why we only
build for clinics.

FJMK started with a simple observation: most clinic websites in Nigeria were built by people who had never worked in healthcare. They were slow, generic, and built to look pretty in a portfolio — not to fill a schedule.

Oluwatobi had spent years designing for hospitality and retail brands. When a friend who ran a two-chair dental practice in Ikeja asked for help, he saw the problem immediately: the site was a brochure, not a booking tool. It took him 48 hours to rebuild it. Bookings went up 38% in the first quarter.

That was the proof. Healthcare was not a niche — it was the whole business. No more retail. No more restaurants. Just clinics, hospitals, and the patients who need to find them.

Today, FJMK is three people: a designer who builds, a clinician who reviews, and a strategist who proves the numbers. We are small on purpose. Every client works directly with the person building their site.

Values

What we
believe.

01

Clinics only

We do not build for restaurants, startups, or e-commerce. Healthcare is the only thing we do, and that focus is why it works.

02

Built before you pay

We build your site first. You see it live, you test it, and then you decide. No deposits, no risk, no surprises.

03

Proof over promises

We measure bookings, not page views. Every build comes with analytics and a monthly report that shows what is actually working.

04

Small on purpose

Three people, no account managers, no hand-offs. You work directly with the person designing and building your site.

05

Medical accuracy

Every clinical article is reviewed by a doctor before it is published. Patient education carries our clients' names, so it is checked by a clinician.

06

Local first

We build for Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt — Nigerian cities, Nigerian patients, Nigerian search behaviour. Not a global template.

Process

How we
work.

Four stages, from first call to live site. No jargon, no mystery, no six-month timelines.

01

Listen

Discovery · 30 min

We start with a conversation, not a brief. What do you treat? Who are your patients? What is broken right now? We need to understand your practice before we design anything.

02

Build

Design · 48 hours

We design and build your site in 48 hours. You see it live on a private link. You test it on your phone, your tablet, your front desk computer. Nothing is final until you say so.

03

Launch

Deploy · Day 3

Once you approve, we connect your domain, set up your Google Business Profile, and launch. Your site is live, your booking flow is working, and your patients can find you.

04

Prove

Monthly · Ongoing

Every month we send a report: calls, WhatsApp clicks, search views, bookings. We measure enquiries, not page views, because page views do not pay salaries.

The team

Two people.
One discipline.

A designer who builds, and a clinician who reviews every word before it goes out under a client's name.
