Structural medicine

The body is a
structure. We
engineer it.

Joint replacement, spinal surgery and sports orthopaedics. Every procedure is specified, measured and documented — because a patient who understands what is about to happen to their body recovers better than one who does not.

How to read this

Specified, not described.

Most orthopaedic websites tell you that a knee replacement "restores mobility". That is not information. This page tells you the implant material, the approach, the anaesthetic, the length of stay, and the expected return to work — because those are the things a patient actually needs to decide.

We publish our revision rate. Not every centre will. We think a surgeon who will not tell you how often their operations need redoing has not earned your trust yet.

Data note

All figures on this page are illustrative and typical for a centre of this kind. Individual outcomes depend on the patient, the indication and the implant used.

Datasheets.

Each procedure specified the way a component would be: approach, materials, anaesthesia, stay, and return to function.

PRC-01

to discharge.

01

Consultation

History, examination, and imaging review. We tell you what is wrong and what the options are.

02

Workup

Bloods, ECG, anaesthetic review, and templating of the implant against your own imaging.

03

Pre-hab

Strength and education before surgery. Patients who pre-hab recover measurably faster.

04

Procedure

Performed to the specification in Fig. 02. Implant details recorded to your file and the registry.

05

Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy from day one, then structured follow-up at 2, 6 and 12 weeks, then annually.
