Privacy

Privacy policy.

This notice explains how FJMK handles information through this website and project enquiries.

Updated 23 October 2026

Who to contact

FJMK is a healthcare-focused creative studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Information you provide

The project form asks for your name, organisation, email, organisation type, project goals and brief. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. We use these details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a possible project. Please do not include patient records, medical histories or other sensitive personal information.

How enquiries reach us

The form sends your information through FormSubmit to our enquiry mailbox. If you choose WhatsApp, the link includes information you entered in a pre-filled message; WhatsApp handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Clicking an email link opens your email application. We do not automatically add enquiries to a marketing mailing list.

Website delivery and the audit demo

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request logs and security data to operate and protect their services. Main-page fonts, images and videos are hosted with the site. FJMK does not add advertising trackers to these pages.

The website audit is a demonstration. The address entered is used only in the current browser page to display an example report. The demo does not scan that address, submit it to us or create a real Lagos benchmark.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a possible project, and for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, keeping appropriate correspondence and protecting our services. Where a use depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, form delivery, email and messaging providers process information as part of delivering those services. They may operate outside Nigeria. We limit what we request to the information needed for the enquiry. A project involving patient information or other sensitive data requires a separate discussion and appropriate arrangements before that data is shared.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry correspondence while handling your request and where needed for business records, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Access should be limited to people handling the enquiry or project. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed; some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Links and changes

External websites and messaging services have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when the website or our processes change; the updated date will appear above.
